This project is financed by IIFL Limited with the total build up area of 1.1 million sq. ft. with the structure offering LGF + GF + 9. With a separate mall entry and exit point there is a total parking space of 1600 cars that gives enough space for free movement of vehicles moving into and out of this project. The project provides a standard food court that serves as a well put-up dining area where different delicacies are served to the visitors. To put up with the excitement of visitors there is an entire entertainment zone dedicated to the customers that has a 6-screen multiplex with more than 1300 seating capacity. The entire multiplex is available in the 14 million sq. ft. of premium construction.
For visitors to allow them a hassle-free experience of the mall without them having to think about the capacity of the mall parking, 24-hour security, lifts, and power backup. A recreational floor, swimming pool, and café are also included in the concept. There is also an ATM, a café, video surveillance, and escalators. The project is the brainchild of an architect known as DP Architects, who devotes all of his skills to it.
Coming up in the proximity of a highly dense residential locality this commercial project will extensively benefit from the high footfall it will attract around the year.
